A SPECIAL PROJECT - REPUBLISH WITH ROVAL

Roval now offers a special Republish package. If your book has been published by another company and you are dissatisfied with them for any reason, all is not lost. You can have that book published by Roval and obtain all the benefits of a new author. Your work becomes entirely new once again.

Depending upon what you have, we can make it possible to start anew and bring your current work to market under the Roval name.

To republish we require the following elements:

1. Manuscript
   • You must have a final, fully edited, Word document.
   • If you only have a final, edited PDF document, we can convert it back to an editable Word document for the new layout. However, only standard fonts will be used and there may be a fee required to convert the PDF to a Word file.
   • If you only have a printed book, we can scan each page and convert those images to an editable text. Additional but reasonable fees will apply for this conversion service.
   • Once the manuscript is in Word, you can choose the original font or one of our other standard fonts.
2. Illustrations
   • We must have the original illustrations. A PDF will not be acceptable unless it is deemed Press Ready.
   • Submit all the illustration files in 300 dpi TIF, EPS, or JPG format. If you have original illustrations in hard copy form, we can scan them to a press quality digital file format for you. Your original art will be safely returned after scanning. You must own all appropriate copyrights to all illustrations used.
   • To recreate the original cover design, we must have all original photos, text, and illustrations. Otherwise, you might desire to create an entirely new cover design. Our Graphic Design team can help.
   • If no original illustrations are available, we will accept new ones of appropriate quality.
3. ISBN and Copyright
   • We will obtain a new ISBN and matching UPC Bar Code for you when the Book is completed.
   • We will obtain Copyright Registration with the Library of Congress, Copyright Office in your name.
4. Book Size and Binding
   • As with any new publication you are free to choose from the available Roval book sizes and bindings.
